Decision Making With Preschoolers Who Stutter
Identifying stuttering in preschool age children can by quite challenging. During this seminar, issues related to diagnosing and making decisions about treatment for preschool age children will be discussed.
This seminar is worth 3 contact hours and will be limited to 10 participants. The cost of attendance is $45. These contact hours may be used for ASHA and Ohio Board continuing education credits.
A description of the course follows:
- Identify important behaviors that accompany stuttering in young children.
- Describe key environmental factors that are important to making decisions for treatment.
- Discuss common types of therapy procedures and approaches.
