Shipping and Return Policy

This Shipping and Return Policy (“Shipping and Return Policy”) describes AccuTx, LLC’s (“we” or “us”) practices for gathering payment for physical products, fulfillment of orders, shipping and returns for all physical products posted (the “Site”) and does not cover other websites not owned or operated by us. If you have any questions regarding our shipping and return practices, you can contact us as described below.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Shipping costs of the returned item are to be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.

Return/Refund Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Furthermore, any electronic products including, but not limited to, mobile applications, electronic materials, or online learning courses are not subject to return or refund policy. Any and all electronic materials cannot be returned or refunded, as all sales are final for electronic products.
 

Seminar Cancellations

Furthermore, all therapy sessions and Friday coffee talks from the Toledo Speech & Stuttering clinic (TSS) are non-refundable and paid up-front, including but not limited to diagnosis sessions, therapy sessions, seminars and session packs which are purchased in advance. We will honor a credit for any cancelled sessions or seminars (for an equivalent session/seminar of equal or lesser value) if we are given 24 hours or more notice.

In the unlikely event that a Friday coffee talk seminar is cancelled by us within 48 hours of the event, we will issue a full refund to all those who signed up. Reasons for cancelling a talk include but not limited to lack of participants (minimum of 3 participants per talk), inclement weather, or illness/family emergency of the presenter. 

Clinic Cancellations

For scheduled sessions at the Toledo Speech & Stuttering clinic (TSS) 24 hours notice is required for all session cancellations and re-scheduling. "No-shows" or not giving adequate notice may warrant an additional $25 charge after the first occurrence. Regular cancellation/re-scheduling without adequate notice may also result in the termination of the patient/clinician relationship. Should the patient relationship be cancelled, all monies that were paid upfront for unused sessions shall be refunded, less a $25 termination fee.

Restocking Fee

All physical items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

Exchanges

Should the product be defective in any way, we will offer a free exchange for a similar quantity and type of item, free of charge. This includes any restocking fee, shipping to and from the customer's location. To qualify for a product defective exchange, you must email us with a photo and description of the defect, along with a receipt of your order, within 30 days of your purchase. Exchanges are subject to the same processing and shipping times as typical order.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. 

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and then shipped according to the guidelines set below:

  • Shipping – Continental US: 2-4 business days
  • Shipping – International: 6-10 business days

Carriers

We only use USPS as our carrier to delivery shipments

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update by email with the tracking information within 24 hours of the order being shipped.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based the size of your order and the location of your delivery address. Shipping are determined by USPS and are subject to change. We use flat rate shipping.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
